Thank you for shopping with Zahara Bloom. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with intention. Please review our Shipping Policy below so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and another once it has shipped.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Zahara Bloom partners with trusted fulfillment providers, which may include domestic and international dropshipping suppliers.
Shipping times vary by product type, supplier location, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days

  • Express options (when available): 5–10 business days

Canada & UK

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 10–22 business days

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 10–22 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 12–28 business days

Please Note:

  • These are estimated ranges; actual delivery may vary due to customs delays, local carrier volume, or unforeseen logistics interruptions.

  • Some items ship separately to ensure faster delivery.


3. Split Shipments

To deliver your items as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
This is normal for curated collections sourced from multiple fulfillment partners.

You will receive tracking information for each package as it is dispatched.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
From time to time, Zahara Bloom offers free shipping promotions.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking may take 48–72 hours to update, especially for international shipments or during high-volume periods.

If tracking appears “stuck” or delayed, please allow additional time — it often updates once the package reaches your country.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Zahara Bloom is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

  • Carrier delays outside our control

If you made an error, contact us within 12 hours at Zaharabloom33@gmail.com.
We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

Longer-than-usual delays can occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, or international transit.

A package is considered lost if:

  • More than 45 days have passed since shipment (USA)

  • More than 60 days have passed since shipment (International)

In such cases, we will issue a replacement or store credit.


8. Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:
All customs fees, duties, or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These are determined by your country’s customs office and cannot be predicted or controlled by Zahara Bloom.

Failure to pay customs may result in return-to-sender delays.


9. Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items

If we offer special collections, pre-order items may have longer production times.
Estimated shipping windows will be shown on the product page.
